Delivery

**Please Note: We will be closed from 16th December to 2nd January**

 

 

Any orders placed between 14th December - 2rd January , will not be delivered until 4th January 2020. 
 

During this time you can still use our website and place your orders through our webshop, you can also email us at info@myflowerroom.co.uk and we will try to respond as soon as we can.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Shipping - UK 

Standard Delivery (Monday - Friday) : £7.50 – usually delivered to destination within 2-3 working days.

*Please note: We can’t deliver to P.O Boxes, Channel Islands, BFPO addresses.

*Large quantity orders can take a little longer.

If you require a specific delivery date please leave us a note at the checkout and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Personalisation

Please allow up to 5-7 working days after placing your order for personalised ribbon to be completed and dispatched. 
 

Order Processing

All non-personalised orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been placed to let you know that we’ve received it and are ready to start preparing your order. Once your order has been dispatched we’ll send you a second email so you know your goodies are on the way - with tracking details, if applicable.

My Flower Room will personally deliver to local postcodes, for all other UK Deliveries we use our ‘Travel Box’ to make sure the flowers get to their destination in great condition, UK orders are delivered using Parcelforce, Royal Mail, DPD or whichever options are available.

Our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, My Flower Room cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else outside of My Flower Room control.

If there is no one available to sign for a delivery a 'Something For You' card will be left explaining we attempted to make a delivery. The recipient then has a choice to either collect the item from their local delivery office or arrange a redelivery on a day they will be available. 

Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 2.00pm 

*delivery times may be extended during busy periods.
