Order Acceptance Policy:
We must have full details of delivery (including postcode and telephone number) for your order to be processed. Your order will be processed if full payment details are completed.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If the incorrect address is given, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. You are advised to contact us immediately if you make a mistake with your delivery address as once an item is shipped the address cannot be amended.
All orders requests received are subject to acceptance by My Flower Room and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.
Changes to your order:
If you wish to change your order please do so, by contacting us . We'll always do our best to make last minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) that are requested no later than12h after order been placed. At peak periods we begin processing orders earlier than usual, to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 5 days notice for any changes to be made.
One-off orders can be cancelled no later than 12h after order been placed or 4 days before the intended delivery date and a full refund will be issued. Orders cannot be cancelled once My Flower Room has begun processing the order.
Refund and Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our work at any stage, be sure to let us know!
If, at our sole discretion, the flowers do not meet our high standards or are damaged in transit, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. My Flower Room cannot be liable for claims reported after 24 hours of receipt.
Please note that you will need to email us a photo of flowers or any other damages within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. Products should be returned with the original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.
If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 10 working days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card.
Please understand, we are unable to accept returns, each arrangement is catered and designed to a specific individual. We offer customers refunds or replacement flowers if the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above. My Flower Room guarantee that you will receive your arrangement as shown on our product page. We try our best to keep the flowers as close to the product photos as possible.
You can make payment by any methods indicated on the payment page your card will be debited on receipt of the order. If your card is declined by the provider we will attempt to contact you for an alternative method of payment if for whatever reason we are unable to obtain an alternative form of payment your order will be cancelled.
Offers and Promotion Codes:
At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.
In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made.
As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers and promotional codes, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalised special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control:
Adverse weather conditions:
During adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to heavy snow, ice, flooding or high winds), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren't able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.
My Flower Room shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: Acts of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond My Flower Room reasonable control.
